3. Age Restriction & Eligibility
Wj9 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration and gaming by minors is completely prohibited.
- At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately.
- Funds deposited into a minor's account will not be refunded.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors cannot access this platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
Wj9's financial transaction policies are transparent and user-friendly. That said, certain specific conditions apply to all members.
- The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
- Deposits must be made exclusively from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the number registered on your account.
- A maximum of 5 withdrawal requests may be submitted per day.
- All transactions are automatically recorded, and those records are considered final in the event of a dispute.
- If money laundering is suspected, the transaction may be frozen and the relevant authorities notified.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

- Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled — though a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
- If a technical error produces an abnormal outcome, wj9 reserves the right to void or review the affected bet.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Participating in match fixing or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Arbitrage betting — placing bets on all outcomes of the same event to guarantee profit — is prohibited.
- Exploiting data feed delays in live betting is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on wj9. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Bonus system abuse or bonus arbitrage.
- Hacking, cracking, or attempting to breach system security.
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Deceiving or harassing other members.
- Registering with false identity information or fraudulent documents.
wj9's anti-fraud system runs around the clock. Any suspicious activity is automatically detected and reported.

9. Responsible Gaming
